Welcome to our beautiful three-bedroom holiday home, perfectly positioned on the mountainside in the sought-after area of Mountainside, Gordon’s Bay. Mountainside is one of Gordon’s Bay’s most scenic residential areas, known for its elevated position, stunning sea views, and peaceful atmosphere. Nestled between the Hottentots Holland Mountains and False Bay, the area offers a unique combination of mountain beauty and seaside charm.

Built into the natural slope of the mountain, our home offers breathtaking panoramic views across False Bay, with the iconic Table Mountain visible in the distance on clear days.

From sunrise to sunset, the ever-changing colours of the ocean and sky create a truly unforgettable backdrop for your stay. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the terrace or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, the views alone make this home something special.

A Home Designed for Relaxation

Our spacious three-bedroom home is thoughtfully designed to make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Built across multiple levels into the mountainside, the layout allows everyone to enjoy both shared living spaces and their own private retreat.

The main living areas include a welcoming lounge, a separate dining room perfect for gathering over long meals, and a comfortable TV room ideal for relaxing evenings in. Large windows and open spaces maximise the incredible sea views, filling the home with natural light and creating a calm, airy atmosphere throughout.

The master bedroom is located on the top floor, offering privacy and spectacular views. It features its own private balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee as well as a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Downstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms, each with direct access to their own terrace with seating, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh coastal air and peaceful surroundings. A family bathroom downstairs includes a shower over the bath, ideal for both quick refreshes and relaxed soaks.

In addition, the study can be used as an extra bedroom, allowing the house to comfortably accommodate up to seven guests in total.

For added convenience after a day at the beach, there is also an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off the sand before settling in for a relaxing evening. Outside, the private back garden features a traditional South African braai and comfortable seating areas, creating the perfect setting for outdoor dining and laid-back coastal living or simply soaking up the warm Gordon’s Bay sunshine.
